Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tachyprint platform (the "Service"), operated for the benefit of print shop businesses ("you", "your", or the "Customer"). By signing up for a trial, converting to a paid plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are between Tachyprint and the business operating the print shop — not that shop's own end customers. Our handling of your end customers' personal data is governed separately by our Data Processing Agreement (the "DPA"), which these Terms incorporate by reference.

2. The Service

Tachyprint provides a fully managed, white-label ordering website for print shop businesses, including a customer-facing order form, an administrative dashboard, order tracking, email notifications, and associated hosting, SSL, and maintenance.

We may add, change, or discontinue features of the Service over time. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of changes that materially reduce the Service's functionality.

3. Free Trial

New customers may use the Service on a free trial basis for the period stated at signup. During the trial you may configure and test your shop without charge.

At the end of the trial period, you may convert to a paid subscription to keep your shop live. If you do not convert, your shop is taken offline and, following a grace period disclosed at signup or in your account dashboard, your shop's configuration and data may be permanently deleted. We recommend exporting anything you wish to keep before the trial ends.

4. Subscription, Billing and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, in the currency and amount shown on our pricing page or agreed with you at signup. We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice before they take effect on your next billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to store, transmit, or process content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or that violates the rights of any third party, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, and the operation of your shop, complies with all laws applicable to your business, including consumer-protection and e-commerce rules in the jurisdictions where you operate.

6. Your Content and Customer Data

You retain all rights to the content you provide to configure your shop (logo, branding, service descriptions, pricing) and to the print files and order data your own customers submit through it. You are solely responsible for the legality of that content and for having any rights or consents needed to process it.

Where your shop processes personal data belonging to your own customers (names, contact details, uploaded files), you act as the data controller and Tachyprint acts as your data processor, on the terms of the DPA.

7. Intellectual Property

Tachyprint and its licensors own all rights in the underlying platform, software, and Tachyprint branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you.

You own your shop's content and data as described above. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tachyprint's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, or use the Service in a way that creates a security, legal, or reputational risk to us or others.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will handle your data on termination as described in the DPA and our data-retention practices.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "last updated" date; for material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
