The full web application configured specifically for your print shop — your branding, your pricing, your domain — deployed and maintained on our infrastructure. You get a customer-facing ordering site, an admin dashboard, order tracking, email notifications, and file management. Everything is ready to use from day one.

Once you finish the trial, your shop is already deployed, configured, and live on our infrastructure. Converting to paid is automatic — there's no human work to bill for, so we don't charge for it. You only pay a one-time fee if you ask for additional service: migrating an existing site, building a custom website, or designing branded assets. Those are quoted per project.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. We handle the migration seamlessly — your data, order history, and configuration are carried over with zero downtime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.

Custom is for shops that need add-ons beyond the standard tiers — AI customer chatbot, custom landing page, branded emails, advanced analytics, ERP/POS sync, multi-location stock sync, or anything bespoke. Each add-on is billed either as a one-time setup fee or a monthly add-on, depending on whether it's a build or carries running cost. We quote on a short call.

The app provides accurate price estimates so customers know what to expect, but payment is collected at your shop when they pick up their order. Payment gateway integration (Stripe, Square, etc.) is available as a custom add-on.

You own your data entirely. Full exports in JSON or CSV format are available at any time, on request, at no extra charge. If you ever leave, we'll provide a complete data export and help you migrate to another platform or self-hosted setup.

Yes. We offer a one-time perpetual license if you prefer to run the software on your own infrastructure. You get the full source code, Docker setup, and documentation. Contact us for licensing details and pricing.

We provide a full data export in machine-readable format and 30 days of continued service after your cancellation date — so you have time to transition without any disruption to your customers. No lock-in, no penalties.

Pick 12 or 24 months at signup and we discount the monthly rate (up to 17% on annual, up to 27% on 24-month). At the end of the term the price renews at the standard monthly rate unless you re-commit to a new long-term cycle.
